A stewed cabbage with mushrooms
Ingredients:

- A white cabbage (50 dag)
- One carrot
- One parsley-root
- One onion
- Mushrooms (20 dag)
- Butter (two spoons)
- One bay leaf
- One apple
- A pinch of salt
- Some pepper
- Some lemon juice
How to prepare it?
- Peel a carrot and a parsley-root
- Grate them ( a carrot and a parsley –root)
- Chop an onion
- Put some butter in the saucepan and fry an onion with grated carrot and parsley
- Add chopped cabbage
- Add some earlier prepared stock,
- Put a bay leaf and stew about 15 minutes.
- Fry sliced mushrooms
- Mix them with cabbage
- Stew till everything will be soft
- At the end add grated apple, some spice and a bit of lemon juice
- Mix and serve.
The white sausage with mushroom and beer.
Ingredients:
- White sausages (1kg)
- Two medium size onions
- Small mushrooms (0,5 kg)
- One sweet pepper
- Two cloves of garlic
- A half glass of beer
- Some grain of juniper
- Some pepper
- Some (two spoons)
How to prepare it?
- First about 10 minutes boil sausages with marjoram , a bay leaf and grains of juniper.
- Then take them off and wait till cool down
- In the meantime prepare other ingredients. Peel mushrooms, slice onions, chop peppers and grate garlic. Then fry sausages, add onions, garlic, add peppers, mushrooms
Pour beer, add marjoram, cover and stew on a small fire - Stew until most of the liquid change into delicious sauce
Add some spice, serve.
The eggs stuffed with mushrooms
Ingredients:
- Four to six hard -boiled eggs
- Mushrooms ( 300 dag)
- One onion
- Some mayonnaise ( 2 spoons)
- Salt and pepper
How to prepare it?
Peel eggs and cut them for two parts. Hollow yolks. Fry slices mushrooms add chopped onion and mix with yolks and mayonnaise, add some salt and pepper, as well. Put stuffing into the rest of eggs ( the whole after yolks). At the end put stuffed eggs into the fridge
Serve chilled.
The Grilled Mushrooms with a blood sausage
Ingredients:
- About 15 brown mushrooms
- One onion
- One blood sausage
- Olive
- Salt and pepper
How to prepare it?
Slice onion and fry on the olive (you can add a spoon of water to make onion soft). Add a blood sausage cut into medium size pieces. Fry until a blood sausage will be soft. Separate the caps of mushrooms from stems , spice the caps. Put the caps on the grill for a few minutes. Now stuff them with a blood sausage. Grill them again with the stuffing until the mushrooms let some sauce. Serve.
